P.001 - NEOTOPIA

Ringo Collective presents it's first collaborative project P.001 - NEOTOPIA.

We opened a new door for creators and artists from different disciplines and nationalities to work together.

On November 15–16, 2025, NEOTOPIA took place in Shibuya (Tokyo) as a two-day event bringing together exhibitions, pop-ups, and music.

NEOTOPIA’s Vision of “Now” and “What’s Next”

Cross-disciplinary curation: Fashion, art, and music resonate on the same plane, creating a multi-layered experience that engages the visual, auditory, and physical senses.

Global collaboration: Bringing together New York and Tokyo as starting points, creators from diverse countries, languages, and backgrounds came together to collaborate. In particular, the main visual was created through a collaboration between Puerto Rico-based 3D artist Gaquino and graphic designer Mina (PARANOIA LIST). Based on this visual concept, designer Wakana Sekimori created a dress that was exhibited throughout the two-day event.

First “Genderless” Theme: III.BASE held its first exhibition in May 2025. This edition marked its first project centered around a “genderless” theme, aiming to create a more open and fluid space for creative expression.

RINGO Collective contributed to the project by sponsoring the creative community III.BASE, inviting emerging talent from Japan and overseas and providing language support. Our aim was to make the exhibition more accessible to early-career artists and create an environment where people from different cultural and linguistic backgrounds could communicate, exchange perspectives, and collaborate across borders and artistic disciplines.

For us, NEOTOPIA was not simply an exhibition, but a platform for uniting people, cultures, and forms of expression. By bringing different perspectives together, the event opened the door to new relationships, opportunities, and future collaborations.
